Cozy little home with nice yard and backyard deck- great for sitting outside and watching the deer. Located in town but still have the country feeling. Nice House Dog Friendly!

Love this cozy little house, it mostly updated with a beautiful backyard and patio! I stayed for a dog event not far away and it was perfect! It is 3/4 fenced yard so there if your dog is a roamer you’ll have to put them on leash, but it was perfect for us!

A perfect place for us to visit family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the yard was great for our pets! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay in Waverly!

I stayed at this home in Waverly, IL with my children, my father and my dogs. The check in process was easy! The yard was lovely and very clean. Parking was easy, ample and safe. My host was very attentive, kind and communicated very well. She made sure we were comfortable and answered questions right away! We spent evenings playing cards on the back deck while our dogs made use of the yard. It was nice to have a morning cup of coffee on the deck and be surrounded by “quiet.” I would stay again in the future!

Cozy and Peaceful

Wonderful stay. Clean and cozy home with amazing back deck to watch sunsets and just relax. So happy to have been able to stay in town during our recent visit instead of 30+ min away. Great communication with owner. Would definitely book this property again.
