"I was very impressed by their free breakfast. There was so much to choose from. You know normally you get some cereal or some muffins that are not fresh. This place had everything from cereal, make your own waffles, eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and more. "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The furniture in the room was a little hit or miss. Stayed in a room with a sofa, the first room did not have a sofa, the second room had a slightly leaky sink. The staff moved me no problem. The sheets were wonderful and the coffee machine was great. Love the fact that they had a workout facility. The mattress was a little saggy, but the shower was hot and the restrooms were clean. I would stay again."

"Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "
