Tolle Aussicht. Leider Frühstück nur im Innenbereich möglich. Keine Außenanlage, kein Zugang zum See, aber nicht weit entfernt Liegewiese. Weiter entfernt zum Zentrum. Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett. Im Zimmer wenig Steckdosen.

Lage ruhig und schön, aber abgenutzt

Oberflächlich sieht es noch ok aus, aber es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (durchgelegene Matratzen, uralt Schrank nur einseitig benutzbar, gammelnde Holz-Schiebetür zum Bad, kein Fön....) sehr schade, weil die Lage super ist! Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber freundlich erklärt zu bekommen, dass es zB normal ist in Hotels, dass TV Programme vereinzelt und verstreut über 200 Kanäle angeordnet sind.....dann ist das schon komisch.

Lage direkt am See ist super, sofern man ein Zimmer zur Seeseite hat. Das Hotel liegt ca 30 Minuten Fußweg vom Ortszentrum Weggis entfernt, was natürlich ein Nachteil ist, da das Hotel kein Restaurant hat.Parkplätze am Hotel sind vorhanden, reichen aber nicht aus. Die technische Ausstattung/Zustand des Hotels ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Beispielsweise hatten wir von Abends bis zum Vormittag Stromausfall, was wohl ab und zu vorkommt. Eine am Bett angebrachte Lampe funktionierte nicht, an der Seite standen Drähte heraus etc. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, hierfür ein extra Lob, auch im Frühstücksraum ist man um die Gäste bemüht, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist dort in Ordnung. Wir waren zu Coronazeiten dort, entsprechend gab es keine Reisegruppen, was sicherlich zu unserem insgesamt guten Urteil beigetragen hat. Achtung: in vielen Reiseportalen wird das Hotel noch als Wellnesshotel mit eigenem Seezugang ausgewiesen. Dies ist falsch und bezieht sich auf die Vergangenheit. Der Seezugang ist jetzt privat, ebenso gibt es die früher vorhandene Sauna, Massagepraxis etc nicht mehr. Aktuell ist das Hotel insgesamt ok, sobald aber wieder Reisefreiheit für chinesische Gruppen etc herrscht, gelten vermutlich wieder die von anderen Rezessionen genannten negativen Zustände

Die Aussicht auf den See ist sehr schön. Die Angestellten an der Reception waren sehr freundlich. Auf dem Flur wurden wir jeweils durch die hektischen Raumpflegerinnen fast überrannt. Die zu gerine Anzahl an Parkplätzen scheint ein Dauerproblem zu sein. Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Was mich an der Bezeichnung "Hotel" sehr gestört hat, ist die Tatsache dass das Hotel kein Restaurant hat. Frühstück ist auf Vorbestellung erhältlich (Fr. 15.-- p.P.) aber sonst ist es eher ein "Bed & Breakfast".

Hotel Bonito y staff agradable. Emplazamiento a 50 metros del lago. Magnífica vista. Lastima que la orilla del lago frente al hotel es privada, y para bañarse hay que recorrer 1Km como mínimo. En la web de Hoteles.com deberían poner el precio real (completo) de los hoteles suizos: incluido ese impuesto local por persona y noche, que al final cuesta más de lo que el cliente se espera (y no son baratos precisamente)

Splendide séjour au bord du lac des 4 cantons.

Très bel hôtel situé au bord du lac des 4 cantons. Il se trouve à moins de 10 minutes du débarcadère de Hertenstein. Le seul bémol est le manque de places pour parquer son véhicule privé.

Hotel Preisleistung stimmen. Frühstücksbuffet gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Personal fast nur Ausländer, Verständigung nicht einfach. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt direkt am See, Zimmer mit schöner Seeaussicht. Leider keine Parkplätze mehr wenn Hottel voll. Nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Will man abends auswärts essen gehen, hat es keinen Parkplatz mehr. Schlechter ÖV-Anschluss. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

Peccato il parcheggio

Stanza vista lago con balcone senza collazione. Tutto perfetto, letto comodo senza rumore in posto tranquillo. 2 cose non mi sono piaciute, la prima che c`era una macchina di caffè però il secondo giorno non hanno fatto rifornimento. La seconda il parcheggio, i posti sono limitati e con il albergo al completo mancano posti auto.

Die Lage ist super für ruhige und entspanne Ferien. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Personal spricht zum Teil kein Deutsch oder eher schlecht, deswegen war die Kommunikation eher schwerer. Unser Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das gleiche Problem hatten auch diverse andere Gäste. Als Wiedergutmachung haben wir gratis Frühstück bekommen.

Es ist kein 4 Stern-Hotel! Es wirkt als werde überall gespart. In den Zimmern gibt es keinerlei Infobroschüren, trotz anderslautender Beschreibung gibt es keinen Fernseher im Zimmer. Das Personal spricht sehr schlecht deutsch. Der Privatstrand ist für Gäste gesperrt und nur für das Management geöffnet. Zudem waren wir während der Corona-Pandemie da. Nicht nur beim schlechten Frühstücksbuffet war kein Schutzkonzept ersichtlich. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ständig an einem vorbeigerannt.

The heating in the room didn’t work and we were bit cold. The reception staff was amazing and tried their best to help us but unfortunately they didn’t know what to do either. For summer, would be a perfect place for unbelievable price and an even more unbelievable view!
