"The property is situated in an excellent location right at the heart of The Times Square. However, very disappointed to find out for a brand like this to not have the very basic facilities in the rooms. There is no tea and coffee options inside the room, the cleaners had no regard for the lint all around due to the blanket (fleeced) one, only to hear this is normal and common - seriously. The breakfast options are very limited, it is the same stuff everyday. We didn't let it dampen our spirits of visiting New York however felt the price we paid for the stay wasn't worth it."

"Room was very small and mattress squeaked anytime you moved. The place was clean. Very close to Time Square "

"Great A/C, spacious bathroom, cheap, helpful cleaning staff. Overall a good experience at the hotel. Not the most convenient location but for the price it’s hard to beat."

"The Lombardy was super clean, room was spacious and even had a small kitchen which I didn’t expect but certainly nice to have. The furniture was dated but when you’re in NY you’re not in your room much but beds were comfy for sleeping. Location was great to all the spots we wanted to visit. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. "
