"The location and how the cabins were made. Seeing the volcano from the windows was a very relaxing experience. The birds, the flowers, the sloth on the trail made us feel so close to nature. "The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "
