Have stayed here quite a few times but this one was not as good.
Of the 3 lifts one was working and at breakfast things could have been better organised. There was a large queue to get in but many of the tables were unavailable due to needing clearing rather than having people on them.
There were two coffee machine yet only one worked.
Food at the Grill was OK but could have been a bit better.
The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were good and the live music in Merlin’s bar was a nice touch.
The room itself was good value but other areas are letting things down.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection. We had a great stay and enjoyed a day at the caves the next day.
