Ferienpark Hasseröder
Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen.Das Einchecken ging super schnell. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Kritik gibt es aber und zwar die Ausstattung der Küche es gibt keinen Backofen und man hat kaum Arbeitsfläche in der Küche.

Zauberhaftes Häuschen
Zauberhaftes Häuschen in nett angelegter Anlage. Das Haus war ausgelegt für max. 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (Schlafsofa), das wäre etwas eng gewesen. Aber zu viert, absolut top. Wäsche lag schon im Haus bereit, Empfang ( auch vorab am Telefon) super nett! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: Insektengitter an den Fenstern.

Schöner Ferienpark im Harz. Wernigerode ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Der Harz bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Die Ausstattung der Häuser ist völlig ausreichend, aber eben nicht mehr die neueste. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Besetzung der Rezeption. Am 07.01 war während der Check-In-Zeit nur eine Mitarbeiterin tätig --> lange Wartezeit. Handtücher und Bettwäsche in Plastiktüten übergeben - nicht zeitgemäß..

Erholsamer Urlaub trotz minimaler Ausstattung
Die Häuser im Ferienpark sind - auch wenn sie sehr nahe beieinanderstehen - von außen sehr hübsch, aber die Innenausstattung ist (für den Preis) unangemessen. Es gibt keinen Bereich, in dem Schuhe abgestellt werden können, die Küche ist total klein und sehr schlecht ausgestattet (es gab genau ein Obst- / Gemüsemesser, keine Schere, keine Kaffeebecher (nur kleine Teetassen), kaum Arbeitsfläche... Auch die Matrazen waren schlecht und aus dem Doppelhaus nebenan konnte man zeitweise jedes Wort verstehen, da die Häuser sehr schlecht isoliert sind. Das Sofa ist viel zu klein, unbequem und so unter die Treppe gezwängt, dass ein Mann dort kaum sitzen kann. Innen war zwar alles sauber, aber die Dusche war ein rechtes Ärgernis, weil sie unten nicht dicht war und so nach jedem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser stand. Natürlich gab es auch keine Matte auf dem Boden, so dass einfach alles nass war. Insgesamt hat hier einfach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt. Der Harz an sich ist aber wunderschön, so dass wir uns trotzdem sehr gut erholt haben.

Der Harz - ein Erlebnis
Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus im Hasseröder Ferienpark in erster Reihe mit Blick auf den Brocken. Die Unterkunft war wie auch beim letzten Mal sauber und sofort bezugsfertig. Der Familienpark ist der ideale Startpunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge in den Harz. Am besten fanden die Kinder natürlich, dass das Brockenbad jeden Tag von früh bis spät genutzt werden konnte, da im Preis inbegriffen. Auch die zahlreichen anderen Angebote für Kinder wie Spielplatz (innen und außen), Eisenbahn aus Holz selberbauen, Puppentheater... lassen auch an regnerischen Tagen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Schon für Eltern ist auch, dass der Indoorspielplatz vom Restaurant aus begehbar und auch einsehbar ist, so können die Kinder noch toben, während die Eltern aufs Essen warten. Von uns gibt es definitiv eine Empfehlung für den Hasseröder Ferienpark und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.
