"Excellent hotel. Amazingly helpful staff members, so friendly. Turn down service daily refilling free mini fridge with soft drinks, milk and waters. Drink on arrival and bottle of wine prior to check out as a thank you. Amenities were everything you could need and all clean and in working order. The location itself is perfect, completely walkable to main attractions (shopping centre, jewish quarter, lots of bars and restaurants) and situated on the main square of the old town, offering incredible views and things to do on your doorstep. Incredible value for money. Would recommend this hotel 100 times over. "

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the Kazimierz district very close to restaurants and pubs and also historical visits to synagogues and museums- walking possible to all city centre places and excellent trams. Hotel is very comfortable with good meals and very friendly helpful staff- only good things to say!"

"No issues with the hotel, it's lovely but......if you're a light sleeper this is not the location for you. It overlooks some train lines going into the station and that was okay, but tramlines are right outside and operate all day and night. They disturbed us all night. Choose carefully. "
