"The room was not clean. There was a carpet of dust on the walls and around the ceiling trim. The carpet is stained and just didn’t feel clean. "

Highly upset that I had to pay an additional 180.00 dollars just to have two beds in the room and when asked to speak to a manager the person refused and basically told us there is nothing more they could have done about it. I felt rushed and forced to pay this just to stay at this location. Though it was brought to my attention that I could have got better treated at other locations such as harrahs and showboat I chose to stay here at Tropicana and got little to no respect at all. "

"The room we stayed in was very clean and we had no issues. We were there for the weekend so we pretty much just used the casino. Any staff we did see were nice and friendly. "

"Well I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews i came across and decided to give this place a try. I will say that the first room i received, the original room i booked had a leak when you would flush the toilet that i noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was immediately given a new room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet and close to stores for just about everything. The only thing that was a little weird was that the shower was in the jacuzzi. A little weird to me but it was fine. My wife and i had a great time for valentines day weekend. I would recommend for a weekend stay. Staff was very friendly as well. "

"Ridiculous loud music very late"

"Wanted a beach view in a jr suite, which is what I thought I was getting for my 50th wedding anniversary. Instead they put us in jr suite over looking the roof tops of air conditioners and trash , and parking lot. What the hell!!! Thanks for 4 days in a shityy room with no view. Of the beach at all!! I kept the curtains closed the whole time. And it was pricey.. upset client.. You can’t get back the celebration time of your 50th . "
