"housekeeping walked in without knocking, didn't apologize to us just said "oh there's people" and closed the door. room was decent, when they got new tvs they never bothered taking the old ones out, and one of the beds didn't have a fitted sheet. booked an ocean view room, we did have a decent view of it, but half our view was another hotel. "The hotel room was nice, but i wouldnt recommend them because if safety. My car was parked near the front. In broad day light my carcwas gotten into and my purse stolen. Yes my fault for fiegetting my purse but when i asked for them to look back on the camera, the camera where my carvwas, easnt working. All the orhersvwere. They just kept saying they werent responsible for my car and that there was a sign. I found the sign , mayba 6×10" on a pool near the road but on the opposite side of the pole. The sign was pointing toward the parking lot but no where near where i parked. They also had a large 2feetx 3ft sign when you waljed into the hotel saying they had 24hr servalence. The restaurant that is nextcto the hotel turns into a night club. Open untim 3am. They take all the parking spaces. When asked where to park i was told to wait til 3am when its closed or i could go behind the hotel and park by some trucks. So when i asked about being safe at their hotel, i was told i was...just saying"

"The overall stay was mediocre. Upon check in we realized that we accidentally booked a smoking room. We were notified that they didn’t have any non smoking rooms. Then randomly they did at an extra fee daily. Which I accepted due to the error on my end with booking. We get to our room naturally outdated but again that wasn’t my issue. The issues I had with this stay were electrical (charging station and lamps) did not work. We had to wait for someone to come change out the appliances. The valet took over 20 min to bring our car up, when we tried to ask valet about their process the attendant was standoffish, short and rude. We encountered one other incident with a disgruntled customer who was loudly shouting profanity at the person he was with in route to the elevators leading to the rooms. No staff intervened. Therefore we waited to go to the elevators to insure the person had gone on. Overall wasn’t the best experience, but shoutout to Ruby diner! The staff there were kind. "
