"We loved this little house — views of trees all around. It was clean, had just about everything needed for a short stay. We hosted a small group of our son’s friends for the day and it was just right for that. Kayaks, float, dock, volleyball, grill — everything g we used was great. "

"The Mountain Star Lodge is a nature lovers' oasis nestled in the midst of a bustling Austin suburb. The lodge is set back from the road, on a hilltop overlooking a lush green valley full of birds and othe lical wildlife. The accomodations are rustic, but clean and spacious. The small kitchenette was an added bonus. The setting is quiet and peaceful, while being just a couple minutes from upscale shopping, entertainment, and offices. The proprietor "Sonny" was friendly and accomodating. If our travels bring us to the Bee Cave/Dripping Springs area again, we would definitely stay here again."
