"Room was clean. Definitely needs updating. Laundry facility’s did not work . The fitness center was run down. They have had a problem with bed bugs. Thank God we didn’t have a problem. Probably would not stay here again"

"I picked the hotel because it said free extended parking. We got there to check in and were charged $10 a night. $50 for the 5 nights. It was too late to try to switch. Very disappointing. "

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way to be helpful. Would not stay here again. "
