"What an amazing find! Ill be honest, the construction in the area had us a little concerned, but the moment we stepped inside the unit, all I can say is our worries vanished immediately! The place was very clean and well stocked! The view!! Man, I could write about the location for days . The beach was so clean and private! Only a couple other families as far as the eye could see. The water was clean, calm, and full of shells!! Amazing. Simply put. Local eats at Mudbugs was one of our favorite! Ate there twice! And surprisingly the Mexican restaurant off Rabbit Road, the food is outstanding! Bravo Can I come back now "

"This is an excellent location, with access to Bowman Beach. The condo is nicely updated, roomy and clean! We had a wonderful time and it's a great location sort of right in the middle to go to Sanibel or Capitva, with easy drive to Ft Myers. Communication with the host was very responsive and helpful."

"Beautiful condo and wonderful vacation!! Dennis was very prompt with responses, answering any questions and being very accommodating with our arrival time and schedule:). The condo was extremely nice, very clean, open floor plan, big rooms, modern kitchen, refreshing beach decor:) Private beach was breathtaking and just the perfect relaxing week! Of all the places we have stayed, Breakers West is our favorite!:) Thank you so much!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about sanibel Blue Lagoon was as described. Very cozy, comfortable and the kitchen had first class appliances and utensils. Great lighting throughout. Good communications with the owner and rental company. Wonderful place to stay on a beautiful island! Thank you!"

"The house was amazing, and Mike was a great communicator. We could really tell it was important to him that we had a great time and had everything we needed. Close proximity to everything, and a great place to relax. My family had a great time, and we really couldn't have asked for more!"

"Very clean, updated space. Had some trouble getting in the unit. The code doesn’t work until the check-in time, which is fine but it still didn’t work for us until 20 mins later. However the host was easy to get ahold of to get us in the unit. Having a parking pass for the neighborhood beach lot was a huge perk for us. We utilized the credit to get chairs and an umbrella, paid the pricey delivery fee, then discovered our until had chairs and an umbrella in the closet. I could’ve saved the 35 for delivery and fees if I had known the equipment I needed was provided. Overall, the until is clean, the AC is very cold, and this is a perfect, no frills place to stay for a few nights. I wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay."
