I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"

"It was a short overnight stay but I was very pleasantly surprised with the availability of transport to and from the airport - A system I have never seen before - the Pod’s were so cute and so easy to operate. It truly made my stay convenient and safe for a lone female traveler. The room was clean, comfortable and coffee was provided in the room. I was also happy to see an iron and ironing board. The reception staff were lovely- super friendly and kind."
