"My mother and I spent a week in this hotel. We felt safe. The room service every day was carefully done. Every night as we come back to the room, as soon as we open the door we could see a nice an inviting, clean room. Our bed was also very comfortable and clean."

"I had a wonderful experience on my 5 person family vacation. Upon arrival I did all major room checks for bugs, cameras, sheets, etc. Good on all those yay! I had a small issue with the sofa bed it was a little dirty. With no problems and a smile on her beautiful face, the front desk receptionist had the mattress replaced ASAP. The microwave gave me a problem on day 2, and it was replaced (drum roll please) with a brand new one out the box! Thank you !! I received room service the next day, a clean room, towels and more. They have towels by the pool, a fitness room, laundry area, with great breakfast with a wonderful staff to help you, WIFI with paid upgrade if needed. I mean for a family vacation stay I would say this was an amazing find. Whether I was on a budget or not, I would still stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott West Palm Beach. "
