"After trying to get into a room 4 different times, due to key card readers not working on 2 rooms and another room smelling of dog feces I asked to cancel. I could not walk the 5th time to find to the room - the hotel is very big and I am older so it was painful to walk back and forth. It also took over 2 hours to find out that I couldn't check in. I went next door to Super 8 and I was checked in under 5 minutes. The pool is also closed and breakfast is now $15. After 18 years of visitng that hotel we have decided to not go back anymore."

"I find example of a structure from the greatest era of American House building. This Victorian painted lady was a great place to stay. We were in the guest carriage house which had two lovely bedrooms. The bathrooms were not super updated, but they were more than adequate and clean. Charm of bounds we did not have breakfast because we were in a bit of a rush, so I can’t speak to that, but it was a very easy experience all around and even though we got there very late checking in was seamless. They just left the keys in the room for us and the door opened and it was perfect. We’ll definitely stay there again if I’m going to Saratoga."
