"We stayed at the Sonder Burnham Apartments for 6 nights. We liked the communication from Sonder regarding check in. We did know we had to set up the App before we left. We liked the ability to open the doors with your phone. The apartment was really clean. We had a studio apartment and it was really well appointed with appliances and homeware. We liked the cupboard in the lobby where you could pick up extra toilet rolls or coffee sachets etc. The only thing we would criticise is something other reviewers have said and that’s the fact the noise insulation isn’t very good. We could hear the people in the next door apartment talking really clearly. It wasn’t a big deal as they weren’t there for long but it was quite late. The walk to the nearest Metro station was easy and the apartments are right opposite Union Station as well. If we come back to Chicago we will definitely book here again."

"Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. Call ahead for parking because apparently their parking lot fills up very quickly. We had to park in the garage next door due to them not having any parking spaces available."
