"When we checked in we were offered a better room with the same view for the same price. This location is right within walking distance to the Empire State Building (about 20 min), theaters (about 5-10 min) and the subway and Central Park. Will definitely stay again!"

"The location is amazing being so close to downtown - but on the flip side of that you will have the constant background noise of the city traffic. The room overall was clean and spacious, but we did have an annoying ticking noise in our room all the time. We also did get an "accessible" room which we did not request, which would be fine except that the shower would get the entire bathroom wet. "

"Hotel Belleclaire was a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back! Stayed at Belleclaire for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. We loved the complimentary wine and jazz evening in the hotel bar and loved the breakfast bakery. The hotel staff were AMAZING and can’t thank Maria, Benedict, Amanda, and Sean for making the weekend so so special. Maria helped us get into our room early after an early traveling morning. We all already want to come back and for sure will! "

"Shower curtain needs to be thicker and longer. water all over the floor every time we showered. No hand soap in bathroom. "

"Shower was designed in a manner that water would get on the floor because it was a half shower door. Fresh paint overwhelmed the room"

"Great location with breakfast. Lots of choices. Ate in the Happy Hour restaurant and enjoyed a delicious salad there. Would stay there again if I’m in NYC again "

"Comfy bed, excellent location, and elevator waits were very reasonable. Stayed here 8 or 9 times, love it! The male front desk staff could be a bit more friendly, but it’s a great hotel overall."

"The room was very nice and the staff was overall lovely. The heat in the room did not work properly and my room temp was between 58-78 degrees with setting the thermostat at 70. Plus the heat rattled when one keeping me awake. There is a mini fridge but no microwave to reheat food. No coffee or tea service available in the room. Also, the pool is not easily accessible. "
