"This hotel is so wonderful it has ruined us for others! Hahaha The staff are top notch, the included breakfast buffet is the best we've ever had anywhere, the outdoor gardens and swimming pool are lush and beautiful. There are so many amenities like a washer and dryer that you can use, a luggage weigh scale, included airport transportation, and the location is very central to so many things. We will no longer even try to stay somewhere else when we go to Santiago"

"The property was amazing! It is a very well kept, and clean property. The room was really really big and comfortable. The views… omg! The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is an amazing property to relax and disconnect from the city. Perfect romantic getaway as well. And the restaurant - no words to describe it. The restaurant prices were very fair and the food was really really good. The hotel included a breakfast and they have an entire menu to choose from, we tried several options and they were all delicious. Will definetly be coming back to this charming hotel. Staff mentioned they were working on a pool or jacuzzi and if this is so, it is going to be even more perfect. The only thing I would suggest- have front desk staff that can help out a little more with coordination and recommendations."

"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"
