The staff is good. The property is a bit old.

It was okay room was smaller than I expected and they charged me a 200 resort fee I didn’t read the terms but yeah just a heads up super convenient though since wakiki beach is right around the corner you can walk right to the strip

At any hotel there are good things and bad. First the bad no hot water didn’t matter what time of day I showered no hot water. Housekeeping was not great. My room was clean when I arrived but not great after that. The hotel has no pool but is right on the beach - which we LOVED! But if there are jellyfish you can’t swim so we lost 3 days of water activities. Snorkeling is decent to the left of the hotel. Yoga only Thursday mornings. Public tennis courts right across the street and a walk through the park to Diamond Head Tennis centre where there are also PB courts. Summary best place to stay if you want to play tennis, PB or a quiet hotel away from the strip! Do not stay in the lowrise ask for the tower as it has an elevator and hot water. Also there is a little convenience store attached to hotel that is REALLy well stocked. Restaurant food was ok not really good.

I would have given 4, but the sofa bed was not comfortable. Location was great, and rooms were clean.

Feels like an adorably refreshed boutique hotel. Location is amazing, easy 2 block walk to the beach, with many shops and restaurants all around. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
