"We booked and paid for a room online only to show up and be told the hotel was full and there was no room for us. When I asked for a refund desk clerk told me to get it from Expedia and didn't seem to really care. There was another woman there that was leaving because her room was dirty and it was not the room she had paid for. Extremely frustrating to show up after 12hrs of travel, only to be told we have no room. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up staying at America's Best Value Inn...
