"This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "Easy check out, clean room"

"Room seemed clean, but I did find a cap on the floor in the bathroom, which makes me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. The room seemed to smell smoky this time. I guess it’s coming through the vents?! We were hard pressed to find an area where we could gamble that wasn’t filled with smoke. Sushi was great as always, and the bellhop and valet were great. Just a little frustrated with the amount of smoke in the air in general. All of our other stays have not been like that."

"This hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. A lot of homeless around the property and in the parking lot. Witnessed Drug deals taking place outside the casino and in the parking lot. The room was awful. The bathroom was subpar. The bed was awful. This is definitely not a place that I will stay again and I would never bring my family to this property."

"It’s probably just us, but going over to eat at the steakhouse was very smoky—yuk. The rooms were fine, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom small and in need of an update. The towels were good. Room was quiet. If you have a dog there is not much of a pet area but they are welcomed with dog dishes and a ball. Very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours. When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money. On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."
