"We stayed 2 nights in the King Suite on the 25th floor. This room is fantastic . It was clean, well appointed, quiet . The view was absolutely stunning being it was panoramic. You can see the ENTIRE city , plus awesome views of the planes coming in up close..( zero noise) The Hotel staff was friendly and inviting. The Staff at Rosies Cafe could be a bit more attentive and at least pretend they like their job. I would DEFINITELY stay again. Ive stayed in Every Major Hotel in Reno and this was by far the best room/layout "

"The whole place is very clean including the rooms. The spa suite was fantastic. The girl that checked us in was very friendly and apologetic that our room wasn't ready at check in. It was inconvenient to wait a half hour after check in but they did give us $60 in room credits. We will definitely stay here again. "
