"Check-in was a nightmare. Only self check-in is available. Their POS didn’t work. I had to make an expensive call to my bank overseas just to prove the problem was on the hotel’s end. It took 1 hour to finally get my key. There are no carts to take your luggage to your room. You’re forced to haul everything yourself or pay outrageous bell charges. The pool was out of service, but no notification anywhere. The room was clean but very old and in need of some love. No minibar. No fridge! I requested a bottle opener: $18 + tip to have it brought to my room. I know it’s Vegas. I get it. But there are some minimum standards. What happened to customer service, to there being a manager available, to getting comped…"
