10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a nice shower and tub. Definitely will stay here again. Only thing I didn’t like was it doesn’t have enough breakfast places. Starbucks is a hike from the room elevator."

8/10 Good
"Check in took way too long. Only 3 employees working at the busiest time and they took a long time with each customer. Check out was the same way! Only 1 employee working early morning to do all check-ins and checkouts. We were there 20 minutes before our Uber was arriving and barely made it out on time. Kiosks were all down as was online checkout. They didn’t exchange towels or come in our room at all in 5 days until the last night after 6:00. I had to call twice for new washcloths."

"Love the bunk bed in the 2bdr suite, perfect for the kids. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean towels every day. I left my headphones in the room after checkout and they called me and we arranged shipping back to me. Proximity to Disneyland was an easy walk. Would stay again."
