"I really enjoyed the stay, however. On a busy weekend, you may or may not have parking. Its first come, first serve. Since the location has permanent residents, this can be a issue if you arrive back really late. So keep that in mind. Our room was just like the pictures, but our steamer did not work and when I asked for a replacement, that never came so we did not have a way to iron/straighten out our clothes. That was a bummer. The bed was not as comfortable as I am used to, but overall the room was nice, clean, had all essentials needed. The coffee was a nice touch. If you want more towels, you'll have to go grab more from the laundry area. They did not supply more than two. Also, if you expect to see housekeeping. Think again. They will never come out, from what I noticed. Overall a good stay."

"Other than breakfast ending a little too soon during the week, and the lotion in the bathroom being hard to reach for those of diminutive stature, it was lovely!"

"Nice place, right by everything. They have parking garage and they have plenty of cabs. The concierge desk had its issues but were very friendly. Rooms were clean, not one bug. Pool was a bit small but heated and clean. Right by the pool was a free water dispenser. The A/C worked great. Restaurant right next door was very nice. It's no Montebelo, but a real nice place."

"The breakfast was nice! I didn’t catch her name but the young lady that was in the window preparing grits and stuff was VERY SWEET AND A PLEASURE TO HAVE AS I WAS FIXing MY FAMILY THEIR BREAKFAST! She offered everyone some grits and went the extra mile and offered me some cheese to go with them! Very nice lady! Take care of her bc it’s rare you get good hard working people like that! Very professional! The gentleman that was there working in the am time on his laptop in the dining part was a very nice gentleman! Older but clever again American fella I don’t know his part in this company but I think he needs to be recognized also. He was quite a gentleman and very generous and outgoing good personality! Recognize these two people. It will go a long way! "

"There were plenty of things to do nearby and in walking distance. The street car was within walking distance and was very affordable, much cheaper then driving and paying for parking. Overall our stay and accommodations were wonderful "

"Staff was friendly and professional, as the previous reviews we read indicated. Parking was secure and convenient. Although nearby drainpipe repairs impacted the entrance to the hotel, the workaround was fine and did not negatively affect our stay. The neighborhood was full of great places to eat, all within safe walking distance. We especially loved hearing the roosters nearby crowing as we exited and entered the hotel! Made it seem like we were in a relaxed, pastoral setting. We will be back! Highly recommend!"

"Don’t accept a room next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. The sound of the elevator is loud and disturbing. I was on the first floor and you hear lots of talking from the lobby. "
