Appreciated the kitchen in the loft room, real handy to prepare small meals. Wish for them to upgrade the kitchen utensils to compete better with AirBnb options. Facilities and Staff service are all great! Location is perfect just next door to the Whistler gondola and village.

The location is amazing. Located a couple of minutes from the Gondola that takes you to the top of the Whistler mountain, and at the same time you can walk everywhere in the village. Lots of restaurants and bars at walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. The breakfast buffet offers many options including made to order omelettes. A bit on the expensive side, but normally priced for Whistler. One thing I would change is the ski valet. They only take your skis, and you have to bring your poles and boots to your room, and valet is not included in the price you pay for the room (we've been to the Fairmont Chateau in the past and the ski valet was included, and they take poles and boots too, which is very convenient). Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping staff were terrible, our room was not cleaned for 2 days, time was not taken to make beds correctly with properly fitting sheets, shower gel was empty in the bathroom for 3 days despite me requesting it to be filled. considering this is a ski resort hotel there was nowhere to dry/hang or store anything, and they charge $11 per day per person to store your skis - I have never stayed anywhere in a ski resort that doesn't have ski storage facilities included - absolute rip-off charging $11 per day for each person. Ridiculously expensive breakfast so didn't bother with that. Ski valet was a joke - my son tried to drop his skis at 4.15pm and they wouldn't take them as they said they were closed - even though they were still there they wouldn't take his skis. Would def choose to stay somewhere else in Whistler in the future.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the concierge staff; especially the lovely ginger haired lady…blanking on her name. You can’t beat its location. A few minute walk from ski lift and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

The kitchenette was very nice to have inside a hotel room! I think the coffee machine could be a little better but it made tea good enough. Having shuttle service was also a plus. We enjoyed our stay.

We usually love staying at this property but this time we did not have as great of an experience. They put us in a room with a joining door and we had very noisy neighbours. There was also so many kids in the pool it felt like a Disney cruise. I know these things are difficult to control but for the price it was not the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. We also didn’t have our room cleaned and serviced until 4:00pm the next day. All in all still a great location and super friendly staff but not the luxury experience we had encountered in past visits.

Very easy check-in and check-out! Also, the Grill & Vine was excellent and there was a Starbucks right inside the hotel so no need to stand in line at the Starbucks in the village. A minor issue that we had was we couldn't figure out how to change the bathtub faucet to the shower. Something you might want to ask them once you check-in. We will definitely be back tho.

Very close to everything, in particular the gondolas. Well kept hotel with friendly staff. The one thing that should be changed is the $11/day fee for valet overnight storing of the skis. Other hotels in this price category do this for free.
