Helen and Claire made me welcome and went above and beyond, recommending walks and providing me with everyhing to make the most of a short stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and location. "Booked because of the spa, such a disappointment. Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Changing rooms not much better, locker had key code locking, difficult to find one that actually worked, hair drier not working either. Such a shame it’s being run down as could be stunning."
