"The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great."

Could do with slightly more foliage in between villa terraces for added privacy and the cleaner should sweep when changing towels etc..other than that the owners were extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Definitely need to rent a car. "

"Very charming property with beautiful views. "

"It was a very nice experience. The villa has value of money."

"The Villa Aloni exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality and facilities. We were looking for somewhere in "hidden Crete" and this property in Maza gave us a sense of rural remoteness but with access to the national road (and easy drives to Hania and Rethymnon) in 5 minutes. "This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location, great place, great host"
