"wow worse hotel I've stayed in a while. Awful dated rooms with dirty carpets and all walls marked with scuffs and stains. Beds are not changed daily, rooms are not cleaned daily, no fridge in the rooms, water filter machine at the end of the hall way broken so have to go down to another floor to get water. Television comes on during the night on it's own. So have to move the cabinet out to switch the main plug off. This was switched off when I arrived so they know about this fault and haven't sorted it. Ordered room service which was awful and burnt didn't realise you could burn scotch eggs, also chicken tikka masala had chard black chicken pieces. Hotel so dated and dirty will not be staying again although the golf course looked nice. Feel bad leaving a bad review but I travel a lot and had high expectations for this hotel as I planned on booking a weekend with my wife here but no chance after this experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from start to finish—everyone from the reception team to the cleaners were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast also very good, with a great selection and quality. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
