Manage expectations. The photos online are misleading they are taken from impossible positions to disguise the fact that the “room” is little more than a pod they also give the impression of windows; yes there is a footnote saying the room is without a window but it is easily missed. The hot drinks room was disappointing!

The room was comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and a selection of teas as I arrived very late.
Breakfast was not included.
The signage to the hotel is abysmal sort it out!

Check in was good and pleased with the room. What needs to improve is the breakfast and staff. Welcome staff hiding round the corner on phone. After asking did not tell us how breakfast worked. Several staff not doing alot, even when the coffee machine broke and would not manually make tea coffee! ...
