Clean pretty quite town, Salt mine is amazing. Worth booking tickets on line as it is very popular and the queues can be long. Lots of yummy ice cream shops.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I loved it. Great value, clean. The food is really good and very reasonably priced room service. Free coffee machine was also great. Will be returning

We had a family room while staying, both rooms were spotless with plenty of space for our family. Hotel itself was clean throughout, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and was in a good location. The room was very clean. Had to ask twice though for an extra pillow which took 2 days to get and we needed more toilet roll which we never got.

We only stayed in the area of the hotel and Salt mine, but this area was beautiful. All souvenirs from Salt mine were the same price in all shops and hotel.
Very nice hotel was a little far from krakow main square but when I understood the train timetable it was very goid
