"I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Portland City Center. After an extremely difficult situation at another hotel, I had to check in here just before midnight. The transition was seamless and the staff went above and beyond—assisting with my bags and making me feel immediately welcomed during a very stressful time. Tragically, during my stay, my emotional support animal, Gus, passed away suddenly. The compassion shown by the staff was extraordinary. They quickly helped me locate an emergency animal hospital, and their kindness did not stop there—upon my return, I found a thoughtful card waiting for me at my door. This level of care and empathy is rare. The Courtyard by Marriott Portland City Center will be my only choice whenever I return to Portland."
