"The room was fine, but the staff was not. Our toilet broke at night, and there was no onsite staff to fix it. They promised to fix it first thing in the morning. We were gone the entire day and nothing was fixed. The office stated it was open until 9pm but at 8:30pm it was closed. I called and was told - sorry I forgot. The rest of the staff was no better. "

"Our stay here was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home.The attention to detail was amazing—from the cozy touches throughout the space to the thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable.All the little touches, like the bottle of wine waiting for us, the stocked coffee bar, the little candy jar, made everything feel so special and thoughtful. The location was perfect as well—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. JB's on the Water had an excellent brunch. Beautiful Newport was a very quick drive away. Plenty of local spots and activities to explore!Our host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and we felt well taken care of the entire time.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. "We stayed at Karen's home for three nights in mid-April and while the weather was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the patio and dock, we still found it to be calming and gorgeous just sitting in the living room and watching the water view. The house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and Karen had left towels and treats for our dog, which made us feel very welcome. The house is a short driving distance from Naragansett Bay, Newport, Jamestown and from some lovely restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. We hope to be back again. "

"A homey and cozy house for 4-5 people. Location is prefect for area beaches, restaurants and hiking trails. The kitchen was fully stocked and comfy decor. "

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."

"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "
