St John's Croft

"A lovely property with Nick being a fantastic host. Fantastic breakfast with almost anything you would want available. Pretty views out over the area, even over to St Catherine’s hill which is worth the walk if you get a chance and St John’s Hospital ( which actually homes 25 Monks). The bedroom is quirky with a bath only but private use of a toilet down the hall. Not for everyone or what we expected but worked fine. Definitely recommend as close to town and Winchester itself was great."

"Liked the location. Rooms were above the bar but don’t hear any noise. Staff were suburb. Parking was the only issue and had to stay in the multi storey car park which was £18 for 24 hrs."

"Plush and extremely comfortable room with everything we could need. Easy parking. Perfect location for the city. Breakfast good but not easy when sitting in courtyard, had to keep going in to collect basics like salt, milk etc. coffee poor and had to wait for service."

"Great stay. Really enjoyed the roof top terrace and amazing breakfast. Rooms are fun with the prison cell theme. Good base for exploring Winchester or the surrounding area. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Very handy location for visiting the Guildhall for an evening concert. Located above a Japanese restaurant (that looked stunning but I didn’t have time to eat there) and very close to the high street and main Town amenities. Approx 10 min walk from the train station which had very fast service to London."
