"We had an amazing stay, the Old Vine is a beautiful historic building in central Winchester. The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and hot and plentiful. All the staff were great and very attentive."
"A really great and unique experience that was different to the usual B&B offering. Room, breakfast and people were all excellent and would recommend a visit if in Winchester. Thanks! Neal"
"Loved this little hotel which was walking distance from a lot of food and shopping as well as the cathedral and other sites. Beautiful garden, nice bar, and delicious breakfast."
"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming.
Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not...
"Absolutely fabulous. Really clean and comfortable comfy beds.so many towels again of really great quality. Lots of attention to detail including ceiling fans which are totally silent. Great place "
"Very comfortable stay in a well presented property, lovely decoration, great bed and very nice restaurant which accommodated us for a late dinner!
Highly recommend this property."

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not feel safe staying here with my baby.
