There are two bedrooms, a double, and a twin serviced by a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Outside there is a garden with lawn, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and pub and within 0.5, a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. 8 Beechwood Close, a stylish base with lake views in Lake District National Park. Note: There is quite a steep hill from Bowness to the apartment; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Note: This property has a GHB of 250 GBP. Brockhole, which offers high wire tree top experiences, is three miles away, and the historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Troutbeck are a short drive away. There is also a variety of watersports on offer for the more energetic at marine centres along the lake. The area is ideally situated for exploring all that this region has to offer, whether by foot, bike, car, railway or bus; and is within easy reach of attractions such as the spectacular Langdales, Beatrix Potter’s Hill Top House at Far Sawrey, Coniston, Grizedale Forest Park, with its delightful walks and famous outdoor sculptures, mountain biking and 'Go-Ape' adventure park, Ullswater, Kendal, Keswick, stone circles, Roman forts and England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike.
