Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom, the open-plan lounge and dining areas of the apartment are bright and light with double doors opening onto a small balcony with views towards Lake Windemere – a perfect spot for a cup of tea or sundowners. The dining table seats six with ease, and the comfortable sofas offer some relaxing respite after busy days! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to cater for your getaway, and the modern bathroom offers a shower over the bath, plus there is a separate toilet. The bedrooms – one king-sized and two twins - are spacious, comfortable and stylishly decorated, with new beds that promise a great night’s sleep!

The Area:
The apartment is set in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere - a picturesque town situated on the eastern shore of Lake Windermere. This makes it the perfect base to enjoy water activities such as boating, sailing, kayaking, and fishing. The lake is also surrounded by beautiful landscapes, making it a popular spot for walks and picnics, as well as outdoor activities like cycling, horse riding, rock climbing and zip-lining. Be sure to take a boat trip on the lake and visit The World of Beatrix Potter, which celebrates the life and work of this beloved children's author. In the village itself, visitors can enjoy quaint streets lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs and history enthusiasts will enjoy nearby ancient ruins, historic houses, and heritage railways.

Parking, access and consumables provided:
-off-street designated car parking for two small cars or one large car
-apartment is on the third floor and accessed via stairs, no lift/elevator available
-seven minute walk to the nearest bus stop on Lake Road
-five minute drive to Windermere Bus and Train Stations
-bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels provided
-locally made Hand Wash and Hair & Body Wash from the Bath House provided
-starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper, kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil, greaseproof paper, washing up pack, toilet paper and cleaning products provided.

Additional Fees/Charges:
A pre-authorisation charge of £100 will be applied to your credit card 24 hours before checkout as a damage deposit. This will be automatically refunded if not needed 10 days after checkout.
A £50 charge will be requested if you check out or check in up to an hour outside the set times without prior permission and an extra night's rate for any time greater than this.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost or not left in the key safe on your departure.

Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

Fees for early check-in or late check out without prior approval: £50 fee for up to an hour and an extra night's rate for any time greater than an hour

Lost keys or keys not left in the key safe on departure: £100 fee
