"We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the hotel staff charged $100 to our credit card as a deposit and would not give us a receipt when we checked out because we booked third party. I became alarmed two days after our stay when I noticed the $100 dollar deposit was still showing on my credit card account. My alarm caused me to call the hotel twice, and the staff wasn’t very reassuring that the deposit would be returned. The $100 deposit finally dropped from our credit card statement 6 days after our stay."
