This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the Kazimierz district very close to restaurants and pubs and also historical visits to synagogues and museums- walking possible to all city centre places and excellent trams.
Hotel is very comfortable with good meals and very friendly helpful staff- only good things to say!

The hotel is nice in the very good location. The room was spacious
It was very hard to find, because hotel doesn’t have its name displayed in a form that can be seen. I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful.
My room wasn’t ready at 2pm and although 3pm is official check in time, most hotels would have it ready

Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy.
