"We have stayed here before but this time was not all that great. The front desk staff was, as usual, fantastic but it pretty much stopped there. We stayed for five nights and not once did the trash get emptied in our room. In fact there were no trash bags in the cans!! We had to take it out orselves. Didn'tsee the housejeepers until the morning we left! We put the door tag out to have the room done and for two day nothing I even had to go to the front desk to Iet fresh towels. Food in the restaurant/sports bar was awesome at night but the breakfast was, well disappointing this time. The turkey sausage was very dry and tough each day. We went down a couple days a bit late and they were closing the breakfast bar down around us. On Saturday morning we got there at 1030 and was told we had 10 minutes before closing, even though the end time was 1100."

"Great location, just a few hundered yard from Boston Common. Excellent restaurants within 5-10mins walking. Extra charge to park the car. Back of Hotel faces several night clubs so can be very noisy until 2 AM"
