"Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. "The receptionist, nice young lady with brown hair, was really friendly and helpful when checking us in, greeting us during our stay and storing our luggage for us on the day of departure. The room was a good size with well thought out and good quality necessities, such as the Dyson air fan, and decent cooking equipment, we were also impressed by the room's sound proofing blocking out construction in the area. The oven worked well and the fridge was a good size for our stay. The bed was very comfortable giving us a good night's sleep for a busy few days in London. There is a tube station very close by as well as a number of affordable food shops and other amenities. A great stay overall and a good price for everything that is included, we will definitely return again."
