"My two most important items for booking a room are clean and safe. This is an older motel but each room is so clean. The beds are very comfortable too. The neighborhood is safe and close to Stanford Medical. The staff is also really nice. The breakfast they prepare in the morning is perfect for travelers."

"This was our second stay at this hotel in two months. The room was clean and tidy, but we encountered a few minor issues (1. the door was difficult to close; 2. we forgot our electronic key to the safe), but these were resolved within two hours. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the city center, close to the Redwood City transport center, and with many good restaurants nearby."

"We appreciated the space for sleeping just a few things to make it more pleasant First the side gates did not close/lock giving complete access to the yard which was a concern for the safety of our young grandchildren. Second we didn’t realize that more towels were accessible in the garage so we purchased some towels Third there was no couch for gathering and hanging out Now the good …the beds and linen were very nice the space for being all together was exactly what was needed for our family that had to go back and forth to Stanford Medical Center for a family emergency there was a washer and dryer at our disposal.. very nice and a large refrigerator 2 bathrooms with shower access and air conditioning. Overall worked well for us thank you "

"To be honest, I was very disappointed upon arrival. Your listing and pictures did not match what we walked into. At first, we had trouble opening the front door to the main house and the door was very difficult to open at the back house. The entire property was under construction With a 3 foot trench and piles of dirt with nails and screws all over the ground in the backyard. That made it very unsafe for the children to be around. There was also a smoke detector, not installed in the hallway of the main house which worried us if we were safe at all. The hot water in the showers were scolding hot. The water temperature needs to be regulated to a safe temperature on your water heaters. The pipes also were very noisy inside of the walls when water was ran. The fixtures were in poor condition throughout the entire house. There were outlets that had no screws, loose or broken frames, exposing wires and making it dangerous for children to be around. The kitchen faucet also had a shower head attached to it in order for us to wash dishes. You should not be operating a business out of your property until all the construction is complete and all the upgrades are complete. Either we want a full refund or at least 50% back of what we paid you to stay in your property. Also, the location of your property is in a very poor area. You did not advertise you were right near the exit of a freeway. I will say the sheets and the towels were in good condition, but that’s it. Shame on you"
