Redwood City Holidays

The room was pretty nice. Everything worked, including the sizeable that had Netflix and Prime. Shower was fully stocked with nice shampoos and toiletries. Only thing which was a little weird was there felt like, beyond the restaurant, there wasn’t anybody on staff at the hotel, but, to be fair, I stayed over Christmas, so it might be a little busier at other times. All in all, a great choice!

The Dunes Hotel was an excellent place to stay in Palm Springs!

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. Good rate. We really liked the concept of the early check in but couldn’t get it due to capacity. Appreciated the late check out. Common areas could be updated and cleaned. Our ac didn’t work but maintenance was prompt and fixed it right away! Restaurant staff was somewhat friendly but seemed scattered. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Keys demagnetizing easily was frustrating but staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and attended a drag show which was great, however we experienced frustration along with others guest because there were no pool towels available. Other guests offered us towels. Minibar and complimentary breakfast were good perks. After all said and done I would still stay here again.

The room we stayed in was very nice—recently renovated. We had a good stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The small cabins around the pool was different and gave the hotel character. It was walkable to downtown area.
