"Fantastic front desk staff who went above and beyond to help us with our broken down car and anything thing else we needed. Room was clean, and grounds and housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. LOVE THIS PLACE. We are local and had a housefire. They were so kind and compassionate, allowing us 2 extra hours to check out. We would still be there if price hadnt risen beyond our budget. "

"I was looking for clean and quiet for my kids and I, a weekend in Redwood City visiting family. This fit the bill. Clean, quiet, good breakfast selection and has a small gym. It’s nothing fancy but comfortable w a great price "

"I liked the room facing the hillside. Even though the hotel is right on El Camino Real, the room I had was on the upper floor over the parking lot on opposite side from El Camino and was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Kaley (sp?) at the front desk was especially helpful and I really appreciated that. The breakfast will appeal to most, I think. Eggs every day (mini cheese omelet or scrambled), choices of bacon, turkey bacon or sausage, I think. Different types of bread or bagels to toast. Variety of juices. Hot and cold cereals with fruits and walnuts to add. Milk in refrigerator. Good coffee. Nice teas. Cinnamon rolls. Nutella, cream cheese, peanut butter, honey (I think?). Nice to have mini fridge and microwave in room, too. Overall, very pleasant stay. I was there almost a week. "
