"The Cambridge is a gem, so glad I found it. Location is very central for station and civic amenities and walking distance from proper pubs! It's in an older, quieter part of town so there is lots to see and decent places to eat. The rooms are just as good as Premier Inn (where I usually stay when in Huddersfield) and half the price. Parking underneath the hotel is fab and access will be much improved when the road works are finished."

"Check in quick and easy, room lovely and clean,mini bar and snacks avaliable for small cost ,free tea coffees hot chocolate, breakfast avaliable, selection of ceareals,fruit cakes and yoghurt n juices and hot drinks,cooked breakfast if required, great location in centre of town,bars shops in walking distance, a few car park spaces avaliable. "

"It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night."

"Great location, centrally located in the centre of Holmfirth. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed and a great Full English breakfast. I can highly recommend staying here, would happily stay again. Stones throw from great pubs and The Picturedrome."

"The hotel was lovely and clean very old worldy set in a beautiful location They even have their own Heli pad A lovely little walk across the road through a wood and a bench to sit on to admire the beautiful views For us it was too way out and not practical"

"The place is clean but very dated Needs a refurb exspensive for just a room and no breakfast . You do get some instant porridge and a chocolate pastry . Tea and coffee . OK for 1 night , but would not go again"
