"Parking was a bit tricky as there were no spaces when we arrived and half car park cones off. Breakfast was perfect plenty of choice more than enough to eat Room was clean and tidy Staff weee helpful and polite "

"We stayed one night for a night out to the theatre. Location is ideal , many restaurants around , you in the heart of the city centre. Hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for a one night (we stayed in double room , it’s on the smaller size , but this is all you need). Good coffee in the room and complimentary still/ sparkling water I thought was a lovely touch "

"The Staff were really helpful and friendly on Reception. Unfortunately i was unwell on the day of check out so unable to go for Breakfast. My Husband informed the staff in the Breakfast room that the table was for one person less as there were four of us. The Staff were most helpful gave my Husband a tray to pick what he needed to take to the room. They did offer to do this themselves. It takes nothing to be kind so thank you for the staff’s kindness it means a lot.The Hotel was very clean our room was spotless.Great position for visiting Arena, Sea-life,Legoland and many more places. Everything within walking distance."

"On airport so literally took 4-5 minutes to walk into the terminal. Parking options are good. Room was clean and bed comfy, did the job for a super early flight the next day. Hôtel did seem exceptionally busy as there had been an incident at the airport that day and many flights had been cancelled and the passengers had been put up in the hotel so we were please we had eaten before we arrived as we wouldn’t have been able to get a table before the kitchen closed. "
