Malvern itself is beautiful. But public transport is poor, and it's ironic that many come here to enjoying walking but really have little option other than driving to most areas away from the town centre. Do better Malvern- discourage cars!

"Nice room had everything that’s needed: comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom, TV, fridge, cooling tower, nice view of town and nearby hills. Breakfast with variety of options was delicious and service was excellent. Relaxing music in breakfast room was a great idea. The place has got good vibes. "
"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant.
A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great).
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
I'd be staying much more often if the price was that achievable mid week (circa £120)."
"Lovely hotel, good amenities . Bar and restaurant had a great feel . Lots of different areas to sit , with the bar being dog friendly. Lovely buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfy, but a bit dated- maybe because it was a pet friendly room.
Very nice comfortable stopover. "
"The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. There are some very minor niggles so as no facecloths, or glasses in the bathroom. Also a low power light which can left on to enable you find bathroom in the dark, perhaps more important to the older visitors of the hotel. All in all an excellent hotel"
