We booked a junior suite with hills view. The room was very spacious. It was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The ensuite had a bath and a shower and was not a pokey small room. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walkers.

We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.

The parking was good. Plenty of room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, large, clean and beautifully decorated. A large newly done bathroom. The breakfast was really lovely and plenty of it.

Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year.

The hotel was very well positioned for walks given the area, it iis well recommend, also was run like clockwork very efficient. We ate in the hotel and the food was very good especially the breakfasts.
