Rooms are exceptional. Beautiful bed and bathroom. Little touches like items for breakfast and lovely toiletries make this a very special place. The owner Annika makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again.

What a great little find - we had a really lovely room, newly renovated with a lot of care and attention, spotlessly clean and with parking nearby - all in a street packed with interesting bars and restaurants too. Having used this for a stopover on a cross-country trip, we're now thinking about coming back just to stay here and go out locally !

Good Worcester Choice

Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus!

We stayed the night whilst travelling down from Manchester on route home. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Immaculately clean, lovely rooms and you even get yoghurt and granola and a homemade flapjack for the morning. The bed was really comfortable and also parking easy just a couple of doors away. Also there is a lovely little cafe on the ground floor.
Walk in wardrobe area with a mini fridge and tea and coffee.

Beautifully decorated with lots of light coming in. The bedroom design was superb; had a cosy, home-feel yet also classy, fresh and modern. I spent night and felt very comfortable here.

Noisy party downstairs

Staff were nice, room was fine However we wernt aware there would be loud music until late. If we’d known this, we wouldn’t have stayed. We didn’t plan on a late night but couldn’t sleep for the noise

Perfect boutique stay

We had a wonderful three days at Upstairs at 33. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we would definitely recommend it. Communication with the property was excellent about arrival and access arrangements. The staff in the lovely cafe downstairs were excellent and we had very good breakfasts there each day. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and we would certainly recommend Ounce for good and service. We certainly hope to return to Upstairs at 33. Andrew & Corrina

Great place in cooler weather

Great place would be 5 stars but let down by incredibly warm room despite 2 fans so sleeping at night was uncomfortable. Left the windows ajar but main road traffic noisy.

Ok stay

Room was big and clean. Quiet area close to town centre. Unfortunately in the on-suit shower pressure was extremely low and temperature wasn’t hot enough. Fridge was not working and where it was stored it was really hot. Teabags and coffee was nice touch. The bed and pillows was far too soft for me and ended up giving a back ache and stiff neck on the second night. But it depends on your preference. Overall it was a good first night shame about the second night.
